Rescheduling & Cancellation
The quality of these seminar sessions hinges upon optimal group size and the opportunity for our instructors to customize the program to the individual needs of the participants.
Please let us know as early as possible if a change in your schedule prohibits you from attending the session in which you are enrolled. You may send a substitute at any time, or you may reschedule your attendance for a later session.
There is no penalty for rescheduling up to six days before the program. But, if you must reschedule with less than six days notice, you will be permitted to apply the fee to another session only once. If you do not attend that session, no further rescheduling will be permitted and you will forfeit the entire fee.
If you need to reschedule, substitute, or cancel you may do so online at anytime, day or night. Or, you may contact us toll-free at 1-800-874-8278, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Eastern Time (+1-201-894-8200 for International callers).
You have up to three years to attend a program. Three years after the program in which you first enrolled, your order will become inactive and you must contact us to re-enroll.
