Q & A Preparation

ECG recognizes that the prospect of participating in Q & A is one of the most stressful aspects of an Advisory Committee Meeting. We've refined Q & A preparation so that team members are in control of responses, able to guide lines of questioning, and proficient in providing slide support.

Our approach strengthens ability and builds confidence.

In helping the team compile the Q & A Database and Books, ECG:

• Anticipates questions and drills on responses to strengthen the strategy skills and intellectual agility required to affect the focus of the Advisory Committee
• Guides the development of Q & A Books for each sub-team and assesses them based on profiles of Committee members to be prepared not only for individual questions but for likely lines of questioning
• Prepares algorithmic response trees to lead the Committee to a clearer understanding of the data
• Employs the Modular Response Unit℠ (MRU), our unique approach to keeping the Committee on track
• Coordinates mini-presentations, additional slide sets, outside experts, and special data analyses to provide the most effective and clear response on critical, complex issues
• Provides clinical insight and support on response development
