Through ECG's facilitated processes, the Matrix incorporates the thinking and perspectives of multiple contributors, both internal and external. It determines the arguments that will be elucidated in the Briefing Document and the Core Presentation. Using those arguments, ECG works with the team to create presentation prototypes that support the company's position on the risk/benefit of its product as well as on FDA concerns.
