Mock Panel Services

ECG will arrange a series of mock Advisory Committee Meetings to provide your team with guided practice and rehearsal to prepare its members to present their scientific argument to an FDA Advisory Committee.

As part of that process and based upon issues it raises, we then collaborate with the team to revise and refine the briefing document, presentations, and Q & A responses.

ECG:

• Recruits mock panelists to represent the composition of the Advisory Committee
• Works with the sponsor to identify Mock dates and locations
• Plans what information should be shared with potential panelists in order to maintain confidentiality
• Provides a list of potential panelists by specialty for each Mock, including those identified by the team
• Contacts potential panelists to ascertain availability and fees
• Oversees approval procedures
• Facilitates the contracting and logistics processes

We produce mock panels that reflect as closely as possible the experience of an actual AdComm so that team members can approach the meeting prepared and confident, strong in scientific advocacy.
