ECG has developed specialized approaches for recruiting panelists for Mock Advisory Committee Meetings. ECG begins with identifying the expected composition of the AdComm panel and anticipating temporary voting members to be invited by FDA. With the team's input and suggestions, we then replicate the Advisory Committee.
Our prior work with each Advisory Committee grants us unique perspective and access to many of the very best ex-panelists and ex-FDA leaders and, most especially, to experts that have helped define the Advisory Committee process. We form Mock Panels that are knowledgeable, responsive, and critical. The team's rehearsals in front of such panels are crucial to success.
