We develop speakers' core delivery skills (vocal nuance, tonal quality, facial expression, and body language), assuring that presenters will project their knowledge and credibility under the intense scrutiny of the Committee.
Our training sessions combine intensive skills development with video feedback and guided practice.
ECG's coaching process links delivery skills to persuasive content, using each speaker's personality and abilities to reach the audience in support of critical messages. Guided by purpose and audience, it includes shaping, honing, and polishing each section of the primary presentation as well as testing by experts outside the team. It includes revising and additional testing. It produces an iterative evolution of content and delivery that results in a refinement of messaging and platform skills.
